Next-day Royal Mail Special Delivery on every order, included at no extra cost.

DELIVERY

Next Day Special Delivery

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the following working day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Mon–Fri before 2pm Same day dispatch · next day delivery
  • Mon–Fri after 2pm Next working day dispatch · delivery the day after
  • Weekends & Bank Holidays Dispatched the next working day

Delivery Cost

Free

Royal Mail Special Delivery is included on all orders at no extra charge — regardless of order size or value.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. Track your delivery directly on the Royal Mail website at any time.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product names visible on the outside. Your privacy is our priority.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot. Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we can't redirect parcels once dispatched.

RETURNS

Our Returns Policy

We operate a strict returns policy due to the nature of the products we sell. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Eligible Returns

You may be eligible for a return or full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part
  • Wrong item You received a different product to what you ordered
  • Damaged or faulty Your item arrived damaged, broken, or in an unusable condition

How to Request a Return

If you believe you are eligible for a return, contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo if the item is damaged

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
