3. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

4. Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched. We accept bank transfer payments. We do not store card details. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Delivery

We deliver via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day and delivered the following working day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. Returns are only accepted in limited circumstances, including non-delivery due to our error, incorrect items, or items arriving damaged or faulty. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promeds Online UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
