What is Promeds Online UK?

Promeds Online UK is a UK-based online pharmacy specialising in sleep and pain relief products. We stock only genuine, UK licensed and FDA approved medications sourced from authorised distributors. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery for next-day delivery.

Are the products safe and genuine?

Yes. Every product we sell is sourced exclusively from licensed manufacturers and authorised distributors. All medications are UK licensed and FDA approved. We do not stock counterfeit or unverified products.

Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, select the product and quantity you need, and add it to your basket. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and complete your payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer payments. Full payment details are provided at checkout. We do not store any card or financial information — all transactions are processed securely.

Is my order and payment information secure?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) and WooCommerce's secure checkout. We do not store payment details. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

What if I have an issue with my order?

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible, including your order number. We aim to resolve all queries promptly.

Delivery

Do you always ship next day?

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day and delivered the following working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

How much does delivery cost?

Royal Mail Special Delivery is included on all orders at no extra charge.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. Use this to track your delivery directly on the Royal Mail website.

What happens if my delivery fails?

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We operate a strict returns policy due to the nature of the products we sell. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used products. You may be eligible for a return if your order was not delivered due to an error on our part, you received the wrong product, or your item arrived damaged or faulty.

How do I request a refund?

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
